How Conveysation uses account information
Conveysation displays case information to the people permitted to work on or follow that matter. Your name, work email, account role, access history and actions in the app are recorded to manage access and maintain an audit trail.
Case information can come from instructions, estimates, TeamLS correspondence and checked LEAP records. It may include client contact and transaction details. Access is limited by your account role and case allocation.
For LIG and Woodstock colleagues: relevant work correspondence and LEAP activity may be checked to update cases and calculate team points. Team points are a motivational recognition feature. They are not used for discipline, pay, promotion or appraisal. The firm owner can switch the feature off in Firm settings; any monthly prize needs separate fair rules. Work email monitoring needs separate firm approval and a documented impact assessment before any automatic mailbox connection is enabled.
For estate agents: your view shows cases shared with your agency, approved progress and lead activity. Internal legal notes and staff information are not part of the agent view.
Conveysation Ltd operates the app for Lawyers Investment Group. Reserved legal services and professional responsibility remain with Woodstock Legal Services. The firms must confirm their controller and processor arrangements, retention periods, supplier list, international transfers and lawful bases in their full notices before general release.
For Woodstock's existing privacy information, see Woodstock's privacy policy. Its public website notice does not replace a Conveysation-specific staff, agent or client notice.
If you need to ask about access to your information or a possible disclosure, contact your firm or agency administrator. Woodstock data protection concerns can be raised with its compliance team.
