• Use only your own account and authenticator. Do not share access codes or recovery codes.
• Open only cases needed for your authorised work. Check the matter and recipients before sharing an update or document.
• Keep client and transaction information confidential. Do not copy it to personal accounts or unapproved tools.
• Report unexpected case access, a misdirected message or suspected disclosure through your organisation's incident process promptly.
• Estate agents may follow approved case progress and send leads. Legal advice and reserved legal work remain with Woodstock's authorised team.
• LIG and Woodstock colleagues must follow the applicable firm policies; this account acknowledgement does not replace their training or professional duties.

Access may be removed when a role changes or the account is no longer required. This is an account-use acknowledgement, not consent to unrelated data processing or an amendment to a client's retainer.
