Getting started with Conveysation

Use your own permitted Woodstock work email and the Conveysation account password supplied privately by Ben. Your Microsoft mailbox password is separate.

  1. Open Sign in. Enter your permitted work email and Conveysation password.
  2. On your first sign-in, the account security page asks you to set up an authenticator. Use Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your own phone.
  3. Verify your account password when prompted, choose the authenticator setup option, then scan the QR code privately with your phone. If you are using the same phone, use the app’s manual setup option.
  4. Enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator to confirm setup. Setup expires after five minutes; if it expires, start again.
  5. Save the recovery codes privately in a password manager or secure offline place. Do not email them, share the QR code or include either in screenshots.
  6. Setup signs you out. Sign in again with your email, account password and a fresh authenticator code. Wait for the next code if you just used the current one.

Ollie: referrals and estimates

Open Leads & estimates. Search the client and property before adding a lead. Check the source, contact details, transaction and possible duplicates. Prepare the estimate, review the fees, VAT, scope and government costs, then save it.

If Microsoft sending is not connected, use the prepared email/PDF with your authorised Woodstock mailbox and copy TeamLS. Saving or copying an email does not send it. Record the actual sent message and date only after sending, and inspect Sent Items if the outcome is uncertain. Do not send a second copy until the first outcome is resolved.

Record the client’s actual acceptance, decline or question against the current sent estimate. File-opening forms become available after acceptance. A prepared form is not a sent opening request, and a sent request is not a confirmed LEAP opening.

If you cannot sign in

Check the exact work email and ask Ben to verify your account. After repeated wrong attempts, wait 15 minutes. If your phone code fails, check your phone’s automatic date/time and try a new code. An unused recovery code can replace a phone code. If you lose both, contact Ben or Luke through a known contact method for controlled recovery. Do not send them your password or phone codes.

Only the pages permitted for your role appear. Viewing a file does not grant editing rights. Case information is dated; unresolved checks remain visible. Ask for an update where available if you need the source position checked.
